The website provides general information about Dignified Funeral Officiant Services, available service categories, standard fees and ways to make an enquiry.

2. No booking by website use

Viewing the website, sending an email, using WhatsApp or submitting the request form does not create or confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after Dignified has reviewed availability and requirements, verified any required payment and issued confirmation. Confirmation may be communicated by email, WhatsApp, telephone, in person or another approved method; no formal letter is required.

3. Fees and service scope

Published fees apply to the stated standard service scope. Additional charges may apply to short-notice requests, travel, extended waiting, extensive additional consultation or unusual requirements. Any applicable amount will be discussed before confirmation.

4. Accuracy and changes

Dignified aims to keep website information accurate and current but may correct or update content, service availability, fees or operating details without prior notice. Dignified’s issued confirmation governs an accepted service.

5. Appropriate use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Website wording, branding, graphics and original materials belong to Dignified or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced commercially without authorization.

Telephone, email, WhatsApp, hosting, form and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Dignified is not responsible for an external service beyond matters within Dignified’s reasonable control.

8. Liability boundary

The website is provided as a practical information and enquiry channel. To the extent permitted by law, Dignified is not responsible for losses arising solely from website interruption, delayed transmission, inaccurate user-supplied information or reliance on an unconfirmed request.
